About Victor International School
Our students are outstanding and have gone on to Universities within and outside the country. The school maintains fruitful links with various institutions of higher learning in countries like the United Kingdom, Canada, Ukraine, Ghana, USA and South Africa.
The school in Eleme is situated in a serene area – away from the busy areas of the city. However, it still remains close to some of the important landmarks. In addition, the Port Harcourt Refinery is just a 5 minutes drive away.
The major strength of the school lies in its highly qualified and experienced staff coupled with its ultra-modern teaching and learning facilities. We have spacious well-ventilated / air-conditioned classrooms and well-equipped laboratories including physics, chemistry, biology and home economics (popularly referred to as a modern unique kitchen).
With a rich and impressive track record of achievement, our alumni have distinguished themselves in various fields of human endeavor. In our 18 years of corporate existence, we have produced hundreds of Medical Doctors, Pilots, Engineers, Accountants, Lawyers – all of which are of very high profile all over the world.

The Founder's Profile
Late Rev. Obarine Ngochindo.
Victor International School was founded in September 2007 by Late Rev. Obarine Ngochindo. Late Rev. Obarine Ngochindo was a seasoned Educationist who had strong passion for educational development with years of teaching experience. He served at various managerial positions in the public and private sectors. He was also a staunch Politician and a devoted Reverend. He was a graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt where he obtained Bachelor of Science in Business Education with major in Management. His work experience began with Nigeria Engineering Works Limited where he worked as a Clerk. Moving on, he worked with Rivbank Insurance Company Limited, Lagos branch where he served in various capacities and rose to the position of an Assistant Area Manager. He also worked with the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board as a Classroom Teacher and grew to the position of a Vice Principal. He was later appointed as an Education Secretary where he served meritoriously for eight years. His acumen and wealth of experience in his educational career inspired him to set up Victor International School. He believed that education is the bedrock of any economic and social development and advancement for which a nation’s growth is hinged hence, such sector should be managed by professionals and experts with sound knowledge and background in that field of study. He is a member of the school of thought where quality education is the fulcrum of any nation’s accelerated competitiveness pointing to the fact that developed countries did not achieve success on a platter of gold but by investing in human development through quality educational and moral training of her citizens. .
